Geeks Experience Summer 2024

Geeks Experience Summer 2024 is upon us!

After the fantastic feedback from our Easter 2024 event, we wish to offer our Geeks Experience Sessions again for this year's Summer Holidays, for young people to come: play, learn and experience, in an inclusive neurodiverse environment.

Our Summer 2024 Geeks Experience Sessions, will be hosted, daily on Monday – Friday, starting from Monday the 29th of July 2024, for 8-18 years old*

What is Geeks Experience? Using our termly core subjects, we have combined their best attributes to deliver fun-filled sessions, suited to building skills, confidence, and socialising. All in a relaxed; non-educational environment, whilst allowing the opportunity to connect to others within the community.

In our Geeks Experience sessions, we may cover a range of different subjects including:**

• Coding/Programming
• Design and Creativity
• Technical Repairs and Diagnostics
• Geeks View
• STEAM

As with our usual term-time sessions, every session will have the chance to game on our equipment, socialise as a community, and play and learn together via Gameducation. If you haven't experienced Geeks Room before and want to know more about us, follow this link. 

How to book? You have the opportunity to book sessions on a day-by-day basis to suit your holiday schedule, for either: mornings, afternoons, or both for the full day***

Week 1 – 29th July to the 2nd August

Week 2 - 5th to the 9th August

Week 3 - 12th to the 16th August

Week 4 - 19th to the 23rd August

Times of sessions are split into morning and afternoon:

Morning: 10AM – 1PM

Afternoon: 1PM – 4PM

Prices are from £25 per session****

Notes:

* Or our current YAP students at Geeks Room.

** Geeks Experience subjects are not set for specific days/sessions and we cannot guarantee your child/young person to experience a specific subject.

*** If you wish for your child/children to attend full days over the week, ensure to book both the morning and afternoon sessions. Please note a full day is invoiced as two sessions per day. When booked for a full day students will be given time and opportunity to have their lunch (please ensure a packed lunch is sent), or you can request a permission form for them to leave the premises to go to the local shops

**** Prices may include support and 1 to 1 tier packages, if necessary
